Hakimuddin Kachwala
With a legacy spanning over a century, our journey began with Nazaralli Dada, who started with photo frame crafting—particularly devotional images sold in sets of 20. As demand grew, he expanded his team, refining the art of framing. In 1948, his son, Hakkimuddin, joined to oversee sales, ushering in a new era for the business.
Post-World War II, as government MES projects surged, we ventured into glass supply and installation—an industry few dared to explore due to the challenges of handling large glass panes. Over time, glass found its way into interiors, transforming furniture and architectural design. With the growing demand for high-quality glass in India, we evolved, staying at the forefront of innovation and craftsmanship.
Juzer Kachwala
By 1974, the third generation joined the business, with Juzer Kachwala taking on turnkey projects, specializing in measurements for M.S. windows. Meanwhile, Moiz Bhai managed PCMC projects, focusing on interior glass solutions, primarily for Telco jobs. At this stage, interior glass applications were limited to glass tops, mirrors, shelves, and shutters.
Zoher Kachwala
In 1984, Zoher joined the business, bringing a fresh perspective to operations. The godown and factory were managed from Salisbury Park, handling large-scale glass projects. Wired glass became a staple for North Light Glazing in factories, while plain glass—mainly imported from Japan and England—was widely used.
As the business expanded, a new state-of-the-art factory was established in Kondhwa, equipped with advanced German machinery for precision edge finishing—making us the first in the Pune market to introduce this level of refinement.
Aliasger Kachwala
As a fourth-generation member of the Nazaralli legacy, Aliasger continues to drive the family business forward. Joining in 2006, he pursued a Master’s in Business Administration specializing in Finance and Marketing in the UK from 2009 to 2011. Upon his return, he integrated cutting-edge technology from Germany and Italy to enhance glass processing operations, including edging, grinding, bevelling, and specialized workstations.
Beyond operational advancements, Aliasger spearheaded corporate partnerships with leading IT firms like TCS and Wipro, expanding the business nationwide. With over a decade of industry expertise, he led the diversification into home decor, introducing innovative solutions for bathrooms, kitchens, and window panels, further strengthening the brand’s market presence.
Tasneem Kachwala
As the 4th generation at Nazaralli’s, Tasneem carries forward the family’s legacy with a blend of tradition and modern design sensibilities. At Nazaralli’s, we don’t just sell glass—we create solutions that align with our customers’ design vision and functional needs.
Being an interior designer, Tasneem brings a keen eye for aesthetics and practicality, ensuring that every glass product is used to its fullest potential. With a vast range of options, selecting the right glass for the right application is key—because a home or office isn’t built every day, and every detail matters.
